The Church of Holy Erotica (COHE) is an online Mighty Network community hosting discussion forums and scheduled live events around the Holy Erotica films.

As a community space, the COHE is held by BELIEFS and PRINCIPLES, tiered SUBSCRIPTIONS, and my lectures (or dharma) inspired by these films to inspire your eroticism in a safe and holy way, in service to be our Authentic Selves.

THE MIGHTY NETWORK

  • The term dharma originates from Sanskrit and is central to many Indian religions, including Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism, and Sikhism. Dharma is often seen as the moral code or duty that guides individuals in their actions; a right way of living and aligning with cosmic law and order. Dharma is also considered the fundamental truth or principle that sustains the universe.

    For me, it’s what I learned while producing Holy Erotica. One minute, I’m filming nipples, the next minute, I get a Matrix-download of our nation’s sexual trauma and the “solution” of Sexy Jesus. Go figure.

YOUR MONEY | A promise

     It is said that money cannot buy love.  Also, love should not be based on money. Yet, love and money are both considered CURRENCIES.

     Holy Erotica was inspired by my desparation to HEAL and CONNECT, to experience my own eroticism in a safe and holy way. I yearned to feel Love and be Love.  Money was not in my radar. With that said. Your money has no value here. YOUR INTEGRITY, however, does. Your honesty — everyone’s honesty — is what sets the COHE apart as Holy Ground.

HYPOTHESIS: Can the currency of MONEY be calibrated to the currency of LOVE?

     Your PAYMENT is a PROMISE, a gesture of SELF-LOVE, a COMMITMENT to be your AUTHENTIC SELF in this space. Some of us are so desperate to know this, we lie to protect the one’s we love. We go into spaces that are NOT SAFE and pay too high of a price. This is why:

The deconstruction-reconstruction of my beliefs to behold FEMININE EROTICISM with my camera became the beliefs and principles of the COHE, an integration of WESTERN + NON-WESTERN fundamentals.

The Church of Holy Erotica Mighty Network is structured like a TEMPLE or TABERNACLE, the dwelling space for the Ark of the Covenant which was considered GOD. The three parts of the tabernacle symbolize an initiatory path to God through the body, the heart, and spirit.

Likewise the COHE is divided into the same three parts to re-associate reverence and initiation with sexuality. By equating SEX and GOD — both which create and destroy — a HIGHER ETHIC introduced by religion finds its fullest expression in SEXUALITY.

THE TABERNACLE

  • The Outer Court of the Tabernacle is the most accessible part of the structure. It symbolized the human BODY as an entry way to God. It is considered holy ground, a space for commoners to worship, dance, praise, sacrifice offerings and have purification ceremonies.

  • The interior of the Tabernacle is divided into two spaces. The first room represents the HEART.

    The first room, the Holy Space, is only for priests. The three items kept here were symbolic of what is required in one’s HEART to be in God’s presence (Ark of the Covenant). Otherwise, they would die instantly:

    • Golden Lampstand: 7 oil lamps representing the Heart of Christ (masculine) and Holy Spirit (feminine). The gold stand represents pure intention.

    • Table of Shewbread: The “bread of presence” and frankincense was prepared with instruction. Together they symbolize the Presence of God and the act of worship offered to Him.

    • Altar of Incense: An altar where incense was burned as a fragrant offering to God representing prayer.

  • The Inside of the insides is the SPIRIT of God, the Inner Sanctum, where the Ark of the Covenant is kept, the Presence of God.

    The Holy of Holies is a term in the Hebrew Bible that refers to the inner sanctuary of the Tabernacle, where the Shekhinah (God's Presence in the form of a glowing cloud, representing an intimate connection, above the cherubs of the Ark) appeared. Only after a priest modeled his devotion, and only on the holiest day of the year in Judaism, Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement and Repentance, could he behold God’s Presence without dying. This Day of Atonement and Repentance represents a SPIRIT of humility.

CHURCH OF HOLY EROTICA

  • The Outer Court of the COHE is the most public part of the community. It symbolizes the human BODY as Temple, considered holy ground, a space for “Pilgrims” to INSPIRE, ASPIRE, and CELEBRATE feminine eroticism as metaphor for our eroticism in each of us, the Image of God.

  • The Holy Space of the COHE is only for “Priestesses” and “Priests”. This space requires the following traits of the HEART to behold the divine nature of our eroticism “without getting burned”:

    • The Heart of Christ (Love and Mercy) and Heart of Sophia (Wisdom and Intelligence).

    • Pure Intention.

    • Reverence for God in Yourself and in the Other(s).

    • Treat the engagement as act of prayer, a request for help or expression of thanks.

    This space is divided into two, the first devoted to Priestesses and the second, Priests.

    • Priestess Eroticism: Men pay more first to symbolize an initial step of creating a space of safety and trust for Women. It is a Promise, made to oneself and the other, to be a protective space-holder and present Witness. Women pay less as a consensual step of accepting this Invitation.

    • Priest Eroticism: Women pay more next to symbolize their initial step of creating a space of safety and trust for Men. It is a Promise, made to oneself and the other, to be a protective space-holder and present Witness. Men pay less as a consensual step of accepting this Invitation.

  • The Holy of Holies of the COHE is the inner sanctuary of erotic engagement. This room represents the SPIRIT of transcended androgyny INSIDE OURSELVES versus the exterior of our masculine or feminine bodies left at the Outer Court.

    Erotic connection we have with ourselves and with others is the Shekhinah (God's Presence) and worthy of a sacred container. In this tier, traditional masculine and feminine identities blur. In it’s place are roles of dominance and submission where an inter-play of authority is passed between genders in service and humility. This tier includes:

   This is holy ground. Gathering Pilgrims are united by a 1st Belief (Sex and spirit are synonym).  They are directed by a 1st Principle (You are the answer you are looking for).  They are guided by a 1st Agreement (Your ‘yes’ means yes and your ‘no’ means no). “Maybe” and “I don’t know” are not used here to encourage embodiment.

A tone of erotic expression is set with ORIGINAL CONTENT — videos, podcasts, and talks — to be featured on the community Welcome page.  To keep a high vibe and safe environment, assigned ANGELS move throughout the rooms offering support (professional therapists, counselors, and somatic workers).

The Outer Court is for personal expression only, not romantic or sexual pursuit. A shared responsibility ensures a rotating gender-balanced spotlight. Beholders have a shared conduct:

  • Listen without interruption.

   The same rules of the Outer Court apply in the Holy Space, but here, nudity is allowed.  The 2nd Belief (if sex and spirit are synonym, both expand) places Priests and Priestesses on a shared pilgrimage of discovery. The 2nd principle (expansion happens at our edges) motivates all to take risks, together.  The 2nd Agreement (what happens in this space stays in this space) insures safety and trust.

     To maintain the integrity and sanctity of the Holy Space, participants agree to channel their energy outwardly through creative and spiritual expression. Personal arousal is welcomed as part of your experience but should not lead to any self-stimulation actions such as masturbation.

Those Beholding carry over the same guidelines with a few added.

When Priestesses and Priests decide to experience the divine in themselves or another, the deepest commitment is taken, and they enter the Inner Sanctum, ceasing to be themselves, but the Presence of God in the:

There are many reasons participants would choose to be witnessed or shared in this way. All participants must be consensual with the freedom to stop whenever they choose. No reason to stop is too small or trite. Only a few guidelines are added for the one Beholding:

The design of the CHURCH OF HOLY EROTICA is based on the design of the Tabernacle, which was portable temple space that housed the Ark of the Covenant. The three sections were (1) the outer courtard (2) the holy space and (3) the Holy of Holies which held the Ark.

In the COHE, the outer courtyard area, that is the public. The member ship is the HOLY SPACE. From there is the Holy of Holies. When pay more to see you have to be seen too?
