To the marginalized woman, the RED LETTERS references Mary Magdalene who is symbolized by a red rose; the holy, sacred priestes misrepresented in modern Christianity.
But really, I wrote it whimsically while making the letters red. Then laughed my ass off.

In my filmmaking experience, THIS is the foundation that makes eroticism holy and safe, and it is the bedrock of the Church of Holy Erotica community.
